Context
Two apartments in Chailly, a quiet, green neighbourhood a few minutes from the centre of Lausanne: 5.5 and 6.5 rooms of more than 160 m² each, on a plot of over 900 m² overlooking Lake Geneva. A small three-storey building designed by Brodard & Billiaert architects, sold off-plan by Omnia Immobilier, with the lift opening straight into each home. The brand had to exist before the building: a name, a sign, and everything a buyer would see — stationery, teaser, website.
Problem
With only two homes to sell, the brand had to feel rare and personal rather than promotional. It had to say the essential — the light, the view of the lake, the calm of the neighbourhood — and hold together from a business card to a phone screen, without the usual real-estate imagery.
Solution
The emblem is drawn from the place itself: the sun, the horizon of the lake, the beak of a warbler — the fauvette of the Chemin de la Fauvette — and the A of Atrica, with the sun's rays on the water, all in a single line inside one capsule. Its construction lines, extended and repeated, become the pattern.
A night blue and a warm copper carry the system, with a classic serif for the name and a handwritten signature for the place, « La vie à Chailly ». The same grammar runs through the stationery, the launch teaser and the website, where the warbler, framed by the emblem's geometry, welcomes the visitor.
